If there’s a Fitness ‘Trend’ I love, it’s Intermittent Fasting, but I had not really followed it as well as I knew I could.
Recently, I started taking it more seriously and actually doing it with structure.
I downloaded an app, started tracking my fasting windows, and something shifted—my discipline and follow-through went to another level. There’s just something about seeing it… your timer, your streaks… it does something to your mind.
I even shared THIS inside my coaching community

Some of my citizens got on the IF train and they started seeing results, not merely in results, but in consistency.
So now, I want to open that up to you.
WHAT THIS IS (AND WHAT IT IS NOT)
Let’s be very clear so expectations are managed…
This is NOT a weight loss program.
There will be:
- No coaching calls
- No nutrition or meal plans given
- No weight loss advice
- No sharing/tracking of body weight and inches
- No LIVE or groups workouts
This is simple.
Accountability. Discipline. Structure.
If you already know what to do but struggle to stay consistent, then this is for you.
You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated starter pack designed to set you up for your IFxFitness Accountabilty journey. It includes suggested intermittent fasting plans, recommended apps, workout routines, and a clear guide to help you navigate the entire IFxFA experience with confidence right from the start.
HOW THIS WILL WORK
1. You come with your plan
- Your chosen intermittent fasting (IF) plan
- Your workout routine (type + frequency)
(We highly encourage using an app for IF, but it’s not compulsory.)
2. Weekly check-ins
You share your plan weekly so we know what you’re working with and how to support you that week.
3. Daily accountability (this is the core)
Every day in the WhatsApp group, you will:
- Share when you start and end your fast (app screenshot preferred)
- Share your workout proof (fitness tracker, selfie, gym image, etc.)
No food pictures please.
We don’t need to see what you ate.
4. We track + hold you accountable
We keep and share records with you.
We monitor your consistency.
We call you out and up when needed 
5. Daily affirmations
Every morning, we share affirmations to keep your mind aligned and your discipline strong.
WHAT THIS REQUIRES
We are only asking you to be accountable to two things:
- Your fasting
- Your workouts
That’s it.
You don’t have to want to lose weight. You just need to want to be disciplined.
Because truly…Not everything needs a full program. Sometimes… you just need discipline and accountability.
WEEKENDS
We won’t actively run the program on weekends, but the group stays open.
You can still post and stay accountable.

Do I have to want to lose weight?
No. This is about accountability, not weight loss. If weight loss happens, great, but we are not coaching to that.
Can I join if I only want IF accountability and not exercise?
Yes, that’s fine.
Will you share apps or workout ideas?
Yes. You’ll get a one-time guidance on apps and exercise options.
Will I need to send pictures of my meals?
No. Just time logs, and preferably, screenshots/images from your chosen IF App.
Will I get a nutrition plan?
No, you won’t.
Will there be coaching calls or Q&A sessions?
No. I am happy to share a few valuable information on health from time to time, but nothing structured.
Will Eziaha be actively involved?
Yes
